Ict: a Tool of Radical Change Agent in School Education

Accelerated in technology, makes a drastic change in traditional school education system. This speedy technology is counting as the age of transformation in all the ways of our daily life and gaining momentum of globalization. It is claiming that the introduction of information and communication technology (ICTs) in schools can significantly transform schools education and organizational culture. The power of ICT can be fully exploited for improving the knowledge of the teachers and learners in gaining innovation momentum in schools and provides communities with new educational services. Educational innovations aimed at attaining these new skills, knowledge with the help of ICT and finding a new balance between old and new educational targets are needed. This paper presents the ICTs tool role as a change agent in learning environment for both teachers and learners in school.
